Please provide the required size when ordering in the ticket-shop. If your size is no longer available we will refund the costs. Complimentary T-Shirt is included in the Unicorn Package.
Most venues and events have limited space which means that tickets may get sold out as we only have enough available to fill the venues to allowed capacity. Although we will also aim to sell entries at the door we can not guarantee that you can be allowed in if the venue is full.
Tickets bought through our ticket shop will be sent to you via e-mail automatically. Please bring the ticket either as print-out or digitally on your phone for scanning at the door. We can not check your tickets based on your name or order number, we need the actual ticket and QR-code to scan.
We can only refund purchased tickets upto 2 days prior to the event for which the ticket is valid. To be clear: we do not refund tickets after the event has taken place even if you were not able to attend or use your ticket.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@dutchrubbermen.nl so we can arrange the exchange. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not refund Donations. This includes donations made to the Mr Rubber NL Travel fund, Donations to our charity of choice (Fundraiser) or any other Donation. We consider a donation a transfer of funds via one of our Donate options or Donation products for which you do not get an entrance ticket to an event or physical item in return.

This exclusive package will give you entry to all our events and is currently the only way to participate in the rubber workshop. On top of that you will get a Dutch Rubbermen T-shirt (providing we have your size available).
This package does not offer a discount on separate ticket prices but we hope that offering participation to the workshop exclusively through this package will be motivation enough to purchase it.
This package will give you access to most of our social and party events during the weekend (including the Rubber Brunch) at a small discount.
As long as tickets are available you can add the dinner to this package as well.
